Please include surname and street name of property as a reference on payment. Then email a screen shot of the confirmed payment with the receipt number showing BSB/account details to release the report. Credit Card payment is also available on our website or by phone (1.99% surcharge).

Eyespy Building and Pest Inspections will arrange the time and date for the inspection with the relevant agents/owners, inclusive of keys picked up and dropped off for your convenience, however if a further inspection is required due to inaccessible areas, obstructions, locked doors, pets not secured or if people are in quarantine due to COVID-19, the inspector will return at the clients wishes at a cost to be determined and agreed by the client prior. If keys are to be picked up from more than 15 minutes from inspection property, this will attract a $50 surcharge for time loss.

Eyespy Building and Pest Inspections have the right to adjust the time of the inspection after it has been booked in. If information has been incorrectly given in regards to the property, Eyespy BPI has the right to amend the quote/invoiced amount.

Any cancellations within a 24 hour period of the inspection will attract a 50% fee of the quoted amount. When making a cancellation, the client must ring the office to ensure cancellation is conveyed. Eyespy Building and Pest Inspections offer a 24 hour turn around on all reports, however if an inspection is carried out on a Saturday, the report will then be emailed the next business day, unless previously arranged. Please ensure junk and spam mail is checked for all emails regarding correspondence from Eyespy BPI.

If this report is to be acquired by a third party (eg – real estate agents/ other perspective buyers) approval is required in a form
of written consent to Eyespy Building and Pest Inspection Pty Ltd.
